Tri Mahendra Hidayat (32), a son born in Subang, West Java, Indonesia, is a graduate of Living Aquatic Resource Management, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, IPB University. Has a hobby of traveling, has a simple and humble personality, and also has the ability to easily adapt to new environments.

He has more than 6 (six) years of experience in the field of shrimp rearing, especially the vannamei shrimp type. He has mastered vaname shrimp rearing cultivation, both traditional, semi-traditional and modern systems. Currently he is focusing on rearing white vannamei shrimp by considering environmental balance.
